Hazards on Flooded City's Streets
The weather's crazy! To think it's not even a typhoon --- just monsoon rains. Hay, I hope you are all okay. This is another test of Pinoys' resilience. I am reposting this photo -- source included in it --- for everyone's information. This is a photo from the US Government released during a flooding in New Orleans. I believe the same applies to us here in the Philippines to, so I've decided to re-post. You might find this helpful especially since a lot of places in and near the Metro are flooded right now.
