Birthday Thanks!

Holy Week is a great time for self-reflection and renewal of faith.
Celebrating my Birthday today (a Maundy Thursday) is even a greater reason to give thanks to the Lord.

The recent years have been a roller coaster ride but God has always been with me.
He picked me up at my lowest and showed me that my miseries are just a blink of an eye compared to my 28 years of existence.

I want to send a shout-out to heaven and say thank you Lord for the love in my heart and the peace in my soul.
Thank you for giving me family and friends who are always there for me and with me.

Philippine Science High School NCE Application Now Ongoing

Philippine Science High School (PSHS or Pisay to some) is now accepting admission applicants for the school year 2013-2014.  photo credit: HERE As the country's premiere secondary education institution, PSHS students have an advantage in having mathematics and science-enriched education, as well as the privilege of studying for free (read: free tuition and free loan of textbooks) and receiving monthly allowance. THE BATTLE OF THE CORNED TUNAS

This IS one very very late post. I completely forgot I have a file saved somewhere. Shucks. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- I have been meaning to make this post since the very first time I saw Derek Ramsey's Century Corned tuna TV commercial. I thought San Marino must be doing well in terms of market sales considering that they were first to introduce the 'corned tuna' concept in the Philippine market - and that Century had to keep up with it. San Marino Corned Tuna TVC Century Tuna TVC So finally last Sunday morning about two weeks ago, I opened two cans of corned tuna - one San Marino and one Century - and put them to a taste test. There's 7 of us having breakfast then. Without telling them which is which, I asked them which tastes better.
