Books for Less Warehouse Sale

There's this certain 'kilig' feel when I learn about book sales. Hahaha!
If you haven't noticed yet, my recent posts were mostly about book sales!

Yup, I am book-crazy. :-)
(Hint my friends, I really want that 'The Fault in Our Stars' book
by John Green *wink*)

Here's another Warehouse sale fellow book-lovers!

<The Anvil Publishing Book Sale is still on until the last weekend of July.>
<sad I missed the Scholastic Warehouse Sale that ended last July 19 :-( >

Gift Gate Warehouse Sale

When you think of Sanrio items here in the Philippines, which store first comes to mind?
Gift Gate! :-)
People my age (ayan giveaway na ang age ko :-)) grew up having Hello Kitty, Kero Kero Keroppi, Zashikibuta and Bad Batdz Maru items - from bags, pens, watches and other knick knacks.

If you're a fan like me, then it is such a delight to know that
Gift Gate is having a Warehouse Sale on August 25, 2012!
See you at the NBC Tent in Fort Bonifacio Global City from 10am to 10pm!

Mezza Norte Starts Tonight!

I am definitely a fan of weekend markets like the one in Eton Centris and of course, Mercato Centrale. It will be more fun however, if there will be one near my place. Lo and behold, the people behind Mercato Centrale (Anton Diaz, RJ Ledesma and more) heard my prayers! (Haha! Of course, God too!)
Presenting...Mezza Norte! Hooray!
Starting tonight (Yes, it's halfway through the year --- July 26 already!) people from the northern part of the Metro can spend their gimmick nights in UP-Ayala Technohub along Commonwealth Avenue, Quezon City --- because the fun of food tripping has been brought closer to us!

Call Me Maybe - Star Wars version

Making your own version of a music video (by a popular artist) and
uploading it to YouTube seems to be the "in" thing nowadays.
I've seen versions of "Call Me Maybe" by Carly Rae Jepsen, including US President Obama's.
So far, this is my favorite:

I received an email this morning about another book sale! heehee!  Anvil Publishing is one of the top publishers in our country producing textbooks for grade school until college. They also have popular trade books like the "Ang Mga Kuwento ni Lola Basyang" by Severino Reyes, to which stories we loved to read as kids.
Check out the Anvil Book Sale! You might find something you need (or like) :-)
